Each
week your child will receive (on Tuesdays) an envelope for selecting their
meal choices in advance. This envelope should be completed with their
NAME, CLASS, MEAL SELECTION FOR EACH DAY and (if appropriate)
PAYMENT this should be returned no later than the Monday of the next
week eg your child receives an envelope for choices of meals for week
beginning 10 December - this should be returned to the office no later
than Monday 3 December.
We have been advised by
our supplying kitchen that if orders are received late the child will be
provided with a soup and sandwich option on any day they require a meal
where it has not been ordered in advance.
Parents should also
consider that if their child has been absent and has missed the weekly
envelope that they contact the school to place their order, or the
soup/sandwich option will be provided for them on their return.
Work has taken place over the summer holidays to install a
production kitchen in the school and although most of the work has been
complete, it will not be operational until sometime after the October
holidays. In the meantime, meals will continue to be provided as before. We are continuing to use the pre-order system for ordering school meals.
Your child will be provided with an envelope to bring home on a Thursday
and this should be returned to school by Monday of the following week at
the latest. |
