Our Pupil Council
involves representatives from Primaries 4–7. The pupils choose agendas for
meetings themselves although parents and teachers may also make
suggestions. The pupil representatives are expected to gather the views of
their classmates and younger pupils, and to report back. Examples of items
covered by the Council are choosing the school’s charities, canvassing
pupil and parent opinions, for example about school dinners, compiling
‘children friendly’ school aims etc. You will be kept informed of the
content of Pupil Council meetings and minutes are posted on the notice
board and on this web page. |
