Beverley Sinton Memorial Quaich

Staff, children and parents were deeply saddened by the death of our primary seven teacher, Miss Beverley Sinton, in June 2007.  Beverley was a highly accomplished teacher and held in the highest esteem and affection by her colleagues, pupils and parents.

Mr Bob Laidlaw made a beautifully crafted Reading Seat (click on photo below to enlarge) in memory of Beverley. This has been placed in the Annexe Building and is available for the children to use. A Beverley Sinton Memorial Quaich, purchased by parents, is to be presented annually as a prize to a Primary 7 pupil.
